The story begins with the S.P.I.R.I.T. (Scientific Paranormal Incident Research Investigation Team) members—Mary, Ada, and Jane—conducting a ritual to contact Annabelle Lewis in a local Indiana graveyard. Annabelle was the unfortunate victim of her sister Prudence on their 19th-century farm. Once again, the team fails to experience a supernatural encounter. What they don’t realize is that Ash is watching them from the woods—and sees a ghost!
